All Shout Outs

Jessica was quick, and efficient to involve management with a pediatric issue when needed as well as she made sure the issue was seen all the way through until it was resolved. She went out of her way to deal with 2 pediatric issues in the same day that needed extra attention.

Debra has been more than willing to work other sites when needed as well as changing sites at the last minute while keeping a positive attitude.

Sebastian recently put together an important report for me with very little notice. This is just one of the many things that Sebastian has done to help myself and my team out. He is always efficient, professional, and more than willing to help problem solve or come to the rescue when needed. He always does so with a smile on his face and a positive attitude. Thankful for Sebastian, he is such an asset to the BRMC team!!!

A huge thank you and shout out to Angela Shorter in the Appo office for jumping in and being true example of teamwork. Angela worked with Medical Records to get records to a facility on time to keep a patient from having to reschedule surgery. Angela, your help is much appreciated and we thank you!!!

A BIG shout-out to Joy Wilson for assisting a patient in securing his ridiculously expensive prescription. Through her tenacity and expertise, Joy was able to secure a 3-month supply for only $30 - compared to the original cost of hundreds of dollars for just one month. Joy, your diligent hard work was truly appreciated by the patient and his family!

Lashae goes above and beyond when it comes to helping get patients scheduled for Mammograms with ACS. Often times, while the patient is still in the office with their provider, she reaches out to ACS and gets the appointment set up and is able to inform the patient of their appointment information before the patient leaves BRMC.
