Carson consistently goes above and beyond in providing exceptional patient care. Recently, he came in on his day off, seamlessly taking over patient needs with unwavering dedication and without a single complaint. His willingness to step up, even outside of scheduled hours, speaks volumes about his commitment.

Carson wears his heart on his sleeve and truly embodies compassion in every interaction. His readiness to help and his genuine care for others make him an invaluable part of our team. We are incredibly fortunate to have someone like Carson who leads with empathy and excellence.

Showing compassion/empathy to a patient facing significant financial issues by collecting numerous donated supplies for her over the weekend and bringing them in for her on his day off - so she could get them at her follow-up appointment.

Rebecca did an amazing job creating, promoting, executing, photographing and documenting our National CHC week activities. It is evident that she puts much thought and creativity into the events and tries hard to encourage participation and team spirit. Well done, Rebecca!

Lynn has been willing to adjust her schedule and pick up numerous extra shifts to assist her coworkers and the pharmacy team when there have been holes in the cashier schedule. This dedication to the team and the patients is noticed and appreciated!

Ben has persevered through meeting after meeting and edit after edit to get CMC procedures ironed out and ready to roll out to staff. He has not become discouraged or defeated although, on several occasions, the procedure was ready to roll out when another issue was discovered. He pushed through like a chicken trying to cross the road during rush hour - with total commitment - and only a little tousled hair as evidence of the struggle. Keep up the good work, Ben!

Jesse is always a huge help to his provider, as well as, with providing support in patient services. Jesse is always available to take calls from patients and is always quick to communicate with us when it comes to taking his calls. Jesse is the definition if teamwork, always making himself available to offer support wherever it is needed. We appreciate everything he does!

Just want to take a moment to appreciate one of the absolute best coworkers who somehow manages to be helpful, kind, honest, and hilarious... all while smiling like she didn’t just see 47 claims in her queue before 9 a.m. Ashley is the type of person who’ll drop everything to help you — and then make you laugh about the mess you were in. She's selfless, genuine, and basically the office MVP. Honestly, if we could clone her, we would. 😅
