All Shout Outs

Caiti traveled to BRMC on an inclement weather day to assist with annual inventory. This task would have taken significantly more time had she not been here to assist. She definitely went out of her way to get the job done!

Peggy frequently goes above and beyond to provide compassionate, empathetic service to our BRMC patients. During one very cold day, one of our patients could not get home because of an issue with car keys. Peggy assisted patient and worked out a solution to help her in a timely and safe manner. These caring acts likely happen much more frequently than we notice because she goes about her work quietly. Kudos to Peggy!

Recently, Mark has kindly, promptly and efficiently tended to computer issues as well as some resource information needed in order to facilitate patients in a professional way. It was a beautiful gesture of team work with patient's satisfaction in the forefront. Thank you Mark!

Twice during the recent snows, Jon made an extra effort to be sure that parking lots & sidewalks were clear for pharmacy staff members who were coming in to work even when the Center was closed (1/7 for inventory & 1/11 for Saturday hours). We appreciate Jon and his team for managing well during inclement weather.

Troy worked with Tonya Jones to get a prescription processed through a difficult insurance challenge. It took several days and multiple claim submissions. He did not become frustrated but persevered until the process was complete. His efforts are appreciated!

Tonya worked diligently, above & beyond, to help a patient get access to a prescription for a patient whose insurance was throwing every roadblock in the way. It took days and multiple phone calls to resolve but she worked cooperatively with pharmacy techs to get the job done. We appreciate all of the effort!

Rebecca killed it this past Christmas party! During this season at times it is hard to rejoice in spite of tough circumstances, therefore; the work that Rebecca (along with her helpers) is super important. The Christmas party was a hit! The food was delicious! The coordination of activities was superb! The energy and thoughtfulness was certainly obvious! When I shared with my friends outside of BRMC the way that everything was created and the fun activities they were amazed! The afternoon was so wonderful! As a fairly new member of the BRMC family, I particularly enjoyed the coziness felt and warm conversations that helped me get to know others on a personal level. I could go on and on praising Rebecca for the hard work!

Matt consistently proves to be an invaluable resource. I recently referred to him as my "saving grace" and "rescuer" due to his unwavering support, especially in difficult situations with frustrated patients. He handles every request with professionalism. His efforts are deeply appreciated, and I am truly grateful for his continued dedication and assistance.

Ashley is a prime example of a team player. She is hardworking and always willing to help. She is understanding and empathetic to not only coworkers but patients alike. I have seen her go above and beyond to help patients get answers and actions when they've exhausted other means. Always willing to step up and get the job done. Ashley is an asset and a blessing to the Medical Records Dept and the entire BRMC team.

Ashley pours her whole self into her job responsibilities, whether that be coding, billing issues, or patient inquiries. She truly has a passion for what she does. Ashley jumped right into her role as a coder and as a teammate. Her dedication to BRMC is remarkable and it's a joy to work alongside her every day.

Jessica has such a big heart, and she loves what she does. She cares about all the patients and goes above and beyond for them for whatever needs they may have. She is a GREAT team player and is always willing and able to help anyone in need. It's always a pleasure to work with her.

Ok! Sooo Ms Katherine is fantastic! She is jovial, considerate, an excellent communicator as well as professional at her job and recently I experienced her shinning moment being an excellent team player! She makes such an effort to convey information cordially and efficiently even to those with language barriers! She goes the extra mile to ensure that the Latino folks are taken care of even though she does not speak their language. She has learned key phrases that help the Advocacy team in such a great way! She managed to ensure the patient did not fall through the cracks and was taken care of well! Our jobs are like a relay race and she certainly knew and knows how to pass the baton! Shout out Katherine!!
