I observed Carson walk over to assist an elderly patient by offering to carry their belongings back to their appointment. It was wonderful to see such kindness and compassion shown to one of our older patients, who may sometimes need a little extra help.

Robin went above and beyond during a recent patient call. On March 27, 2026, she spent over an hour assisting a patient through a particularly challenging situation that required coordination across multiple departments and team members. Throughout the call, Robin remained highly professional and composed. Despite the complexity of the issue, she was able to put the patient at ease and ensure a smooth transition when the call needed to be transferred.
