All Shout Outs

Shout out to Kentrel for going out of his way to make sure Dental felt included: One day recently food was announced ready at 1:00p - we start seeing patients at that time and we were unable to make the trip over, so Kentrel prepared us all a meal and brought it over to us, without us even asking. This was a very thoughtful and kinda act towards his coworkers, that was much appreciated!

Thank you to Charles for helping to take care of a forwarding situation with the phones quickly and effectively that was starting to create a Major issue.
Really appreciate all the help Charles gives on a regular basis with phone issues. Thank you again Charles!

Deneka is new to BRMC. She has done an outstanding job helping out in Pediatrics! She is always eager to help! She has been a great addition to our Pediatric Department. So happy to work with her!

Stephanie is multi task machine! She came on board with a open mind and willing to learn Medical Records. Stephanie is a hard worker and always willing to help out with any issues the dept may have!

Rosie continues day in and day out to be a team player in our dept. She strives for excellence especially reminding staff to please document DOB! Rosie is always ready to lend a helping hand and to help our pts with any needs.

Thankful to have a caring Supervisor. Mark is willing to listen and take time out of his super busy schedule to help with any issues or concerns our dept may have. Marks leadership has been very appreciative! We are thankful for him just being him!!!!

Take a ball of pure energy and throw it in the air and sunshine rains all around. That is the immense positivity Penny provides all of us, every day! We are so lucky to have her here at BRMC.

Her devotion to her work and tireless dedication to all patients at Blue Ridge Medical Center should never go unnoticed. She works behind the scenes without applause but with compassion and empathy greatly impacting all those within her hemisphere and orbit.

many patients come in and compliment his smile and willingness to help them in areas needed ... sometimes he opens doors ... talks and hugs Patience ... interacts with patients and with kids and elderly. he turns on tv and places movies on in main lobby. if front desk is busy, he relays messages to providers and schedulers. He is well groomed and presentable. (SSShhh... don't tell Jon) He has candy and coloring books and crayons and toys also just conversation that he sometimes gives to kids to help parents keep calm and distracted until can be seen by providers. I think he is wonderful asset to the Brmc team and a joy to work with. not only does he help out around the building with all that ask or need his help he maintains his job and work while doing so

always willing to help and encourages others too. She is awesome with patients and shows patience in times of need and seems to never get rattled.
