That room was a total hot mess, but with the help of retired employee, Janet Ngai’s amazing organizational skills and Steve’s muscle power, it now looks fantastic! I can safely walk into the room and easily find exactly what I need—no more frustration. Huge kudos to both Steve and Janet for their hard work and dedication!"

I just can't single out ONE person, but the above data entry does not allow me to list other names. However, behind every good TEAM, is a good boss! I want to give a SHOUT OUT to the BRMC FACILITIES TEAM, for all their efforts, hard work, EARLY arrivals, and determination in providing safe pathways for BRMC employees before, during, and after ALL the past snow storms!!! You shoveled, you plowed, salted down treacherous areas, you even used my weapon of choice - the old leaf blower!! THANK YOU FACILITIES TEAM: Jon Freivald, Steve Moore, Hunter Kelly, Anthony Beatty and Kentrel Toliver!! YOU ROCK! WE ARE THANKFUL FOR EACH OF YOU!!!

Matt has been an invaluable asset over the last 3-4 months of 2024, consistently stepping in to assist with TEs, refills, and actions at a moment’s notice for Appomattox patients. During a challenging period—his support was instrumental in keeping things running smoothly. He processed everything I sent without hesitation and I truly appreciate his dedication. His efforts were a lifesaver. His contribution made all the difference, and I am deeply grateful.

Shout out to Christy for consistently going straight into problem solving mode to find efficient solutions that satisfy the staff and patients! So excited to have her on the team!

Doctor Mills continues to show respect and care for her peer providers and assistants daily - I feel so grateful to know she has our best interests in mind and proves it frequently. I'm SO GRATEFUL to have her as our Dentist and loyal Director of our Dental team! I look forward to working along side her for many years to come!

Doctor Lopez has been an incredible help during hard days when low staffed! She doesn't hesitate to take care of a small task that normally isn't under her daily duties and it makes a BIG impact. She's always happily willing with a SMILE! Her un-failing positivity is a special trait to have around.

Grace is always so kind and thoughtful. She is hardworking and selfless. Her empathy is evident in her interactions with others. She makes people feel important and puts effort into every task, taking ownership of her work. I am so thankful to have her at BRMC!
