A big thank you to Dr. Lopez for being willing to go the extra mile this month—whether it's walking a patient to the front or stepping in to complete denture steps when I'm tied up in another room. These small gestures make a huge difference in keeping the day running smoothly and help me accomplish so much more. Your support doesn't go unnoticed, and I truly appreciate it!

A huge shout out to Sherry for doing an outstanding job managing the front desk solo recently! Her ability to quickly and efficiently adjust the schedule to meet providers’ needs—while still ensuring patients receive excellent care—has not gone unnoticed. Sherry’s dedication, flexibility, and calmness under pressure are truly valued and appreciated. Thank you for all that you do!

Rosemarie is such a valuable member to the BRMC team! She is always willing to help out her co-workers no matter the situation. She goes above and beyond to make sure patients are taken care in a timely and effective manner! She also always has such a positive attitude and adds such a great vibe to the clinic 🙂

Emily recently precepted an LPN student for a total of 100 hours. Emily was patient, kind and efficient. The student only had great things to say about her experience with Emily.

Melanie is always quick to answer any questions I send her way. She will break things down and explain things to me that I need better understanding of. She is very sweet and such a great team leader. Thanks for all that you do!

Jesse shows incredible compassion, dedication, and teamwork. He is a shining example of what it means to take care of one another, whether it is a patient or a colleague. Furthermore, his work ethic shows that exceptional and profound growth occurs when you work with intention, an open mind, and consistency. I am repeatedly impressed by his ability to adapt, his sense of where to meet the greatest need, and his drive to rise to any challenge. At the end of the day, I am thankful to know this wonderful young man, and am privileged to be on the same team as him.

Bonnie quickly responded to several urgent medication troubleshooting requests that I made during the same afternoon. She was able to find answers quickly while the patient was still in the office. As a result, an updated plan of care was made for each patient while they were in the office and had a chance to ask questions. This is much better care than trying to make and change treatment plans by telephone. Thanks Bonnie!
