Snow much appreciation for Kelly Seitz, our incredible Behavioral Health Care Manager, for the outstanding work she does every day as the vital liaison between Behavioral Health and Primary Care. Kelly seamlessly juggles multiple roles with grace, professionalism, and exceptional customer service. Her knowledge of our systems is unmatched, and her commitment to helping patients navigate care truly sets her apart. Helping patients isn’t just part of her job — it’s who she is. We are so grateful for all that you do, Kelly!

Even when phone calls come in back-to-back, she answers each one with respect and compassion. If I’m busy, Angel takes the initiative to schedule hospital follow-ups and sends me the telephone encounter. Thank you, Angel, for all that you do behind the scenes!
